In the heart of Stockholm, on the lush island of Skeppsholmen, lies Hotel Skeppsholmen a tranquil retreat in the midst of the city’s hustle and bustle. Here, history and the present come together in two beautiful buildings dating back to 1699, which have been carefully transformed into a hotel in collaboration with the architects Claesson Koivisto Rune.
The old buildings were constructed using recycled materials, an idea that even back then embodied something timeless—care and respect for what already exists. Today, that same spirit lives on, with sustainability and quality evident in every detail.

The tennis court at Hotel Skeppsholmen right on the waterfront in front of the hotel. It was commissioned by King Oscar II in 1882 and was Sweden’s first outdoor court.
