When you book your stay with us at Hotel Skeppsholmen our website, we guarantee that you’ll always get our lowest rates. If you find a lower price on another website, we’ll give you a 10% discount on that price and a surprise waiting in your room when you check in.

Our Terms and Conditions

Your reservation must be made through the Hotel Skeppsholmen website. If you find a lower price for the same hotel, room category, number of guests, arrival date, departure date, and under the same terms and conditions on another website within 24 hours of making your reservation, you must report this in writing no later than 72 hours before arrival to reservations@hotelskeppsholmen.se. When you report this, please provide the following: the URL of the website where the lower price is available, proof of the lower price (e.g., a confirmation with a booking number), confirmation of the booking made on www.hotelskeppsholmen.se, and your contact information. We will contact you within two business days.

However, this guarantee does not apply to bookings that are not available to the general public, such as contract rates for businesses, travel agencies, and group and conference rates.
